بررسی تجربی استراتژی تغییر شکل ورق فلزی 6061AA به منظور فلنج‌زنی لبه با استفاده از فرایند شکل‌دهی تدریجی تک نقطه‌ای

چکیده
در این مقاله، به بررسی دو استراتژی‌ تغییر شکل مختلف شکل‌دهی تدریجی تک نقطه‌ای برای تولید فلنج دایره‌ای از ورق آلومینیوم 6061AA با ضخامت 1 میلی‌متر پرداخته شد. تاثیر پارامترهایی همچون گام عمودی، قطر ابزار، ارتفاع اولیه لبه آزاد فلنج و استراتژی تغییر شکل بر روی دقت ابعادی و توزیع ضخامت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از استراتژی مسیر ابزار 2S که این استراتژی در طی چند مرحله فرایند شکلی‌دهی را انجام می‌دهد. دقت ابعادی را در فلنج زنی برای لبه آزاد 5 میلی‌متر، نسبت به استراتژی مسیر ابزار 1S که استراتژی است که در طی یک مرحله انجام می‌شود، بهبود بخشید و ارتفاع اولیه لبه آزاد فلنج قابل شکل‌دهی در استراتژی چند مرحله ای 2S بیشتر بود. توزیع ضخامت استراتژی 1S  نسبت به استراتژی 2S برای لبه آزاد 5 میلی‌متر با %1.02 بهبود و برای لبه آزاد 10 میلی‌متر، استراتژی 2S نسبت به استراتژی 1S با %2.15 بهبود داشت. همچنین مشاهده شد که با افزایش قطر و گام عمودی، دقت ابعادی افزایش ‌یافته و ضخامت قطعه با افزایش قطر و گام عمودی کاهش داشته است.

In this article, two different deformation strategies of single point incremental forming were investigated for producing a circular flange from AA6061 aluminum sheet with a thickness of 1mm. The effect of parameters such as step increment, tool diameter, initial height of the flange free edge, and deformation strategy on dimensional accuracy and thickness distribution was investigated Results revealed that employing the 2S tool path strategy, which involves a multi-stage forming process, significantly enhanced dimensional accuracy in flanging for a 5mm free edge compared to the 1S tool path strategy, a single-stage process. Additionally, the initial height of the flange free edge that could be formed was greater in the multi-stage 2S strategy. The thickness distribution of the 1S strategy exhibited a 1.02% improvement over the 2S strategy for a 5mm free edge, whereas for a 10mm free edge, the 2S strategy showed a 2.15% improvement compared to the 1S strategy. It was also observed that with increasing tool diameter and step increment, dimensional accuracy increased and part thickness decreased with increasing tool diameter and step increment.
