This phenomenon is generated from interaction of the tool and workpiece during cutting process and is one of the limiting factors for achieving a high cutting rate. In this paper, the effect of clamping of tool and workpiece on stability lobes of the milling process is investigated by employing a four degrees of freedom model of tool and workpiece. For this reason, the dynamic of cutting process is modeled through a set of coupled delay differential equations by considering regenerative chatter and loss of contact effect. Structural parameters of this model are measured by using the modal test in different clamping torques of the tool and the workpiece. Simulated stability lobes diagram is constructed based on full-discretization method. To validate the presented model, half immersion up-milling cuts were performed, and the limit values of axial depth of cut in different tool and workpiece clamping are determined experimentally for two different spindle speeds. The results indicated a good agreement between the stability lobes diagram obtained by FDM method and the experimental limit values. In addition, the results showed that the torque of clamping tool and workpiece have effect on the boundary of the stability lobes, that is, the increase of torque clamping lead to increment of the minimum critical cutting depth and reduces amplitude of vibration in stable and unstable cases over determined time interval.}, keywords = {Chatter,Milling process,Tool and workpiece clamping,Full-discretization method,Stability lobe diagram}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر گیره بندی ابزار و قطعه کار بر نواحی پایداری فرآیند فرزکاری}, abstract_fa = {لرزه ارتعاشات خودتحریک مخربی است که در حین فرآیند ماشین‌کاری به وجود آمده و باعث کاهش کیفیت سطح قطعه‌کار، سایش ابزار و حتی آسیب به ماشین‌ابزار می‌شود. این پدیده از اثر برهم‌کنش ابزار و قطعه‌کار در حین براده‌برداری به وجود آمده و یکی از عوامل محدودکننده برای دستیابی به نرخ براده‌برداری بالا است. در این مقاله، به کمک یک مدل چهار درجه آزادی از ابزار و قطعه‌کار، تأثیر گیره‌بندی ابزار و قطعه‌کار بر نواحی پایداری فرآیند فرزکاری بررسی شده است. به این منظور، ابتدا دینامیک فرآیند براده-برداری با در نظر گرفتن لرزه احیاشونده و کاهش سطح تماس با مجموعه‌ای از معادلات دیفرانسیلی تأخیری مدل‌سازی و سپس پارامترهای ساختاری مدل به کمک تست مودال در گشتاورهای گیره‌بندی مختلف اندازه‌گیری شده است. در ادامه، به کمک روش گسسته‌سازی کامل نمودار دالان‌های پایداری رسم گردیده است. به منظور اعتبار سنجی، فرزکاری مخالف با درگیری 180 درجه‌ای (نصف درگیری) ابزار با قطعه‌کار انجام گرفته و عمق برش بحرانی در سرعت‌های مشخص اسپیندل و در حالت‌های متفاوت از گشتاور گیره‌بندی به روش تجربی بدست آمده و با نتایج تئوری مقایسه شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد که مرز پایداری بدست آمده از روش گسسته‌سازی کامل، دقت مناسبی برای پیش‌بینی نواحی پایداری دارد. گیره‌بندی ابزار و قطعه‌کار بر مرز نواحی پایداری تأثیر گذار است؛ به گونه‌ای که افزایش گشتاور گیره‌بندی باعث افزایش کمینه عمق برش بحرانی در فرآیند فرزکاری می‌شود. همچنین افزایش گشتاور گیره‌بندی باعث کاهش دامنه نوسانات سیستم در حالت پایدار و ناپایدار در یک بازه‌ی زمانی مشخص می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {لرزه,فرزکاری,گیره بندی ابزار و قطعه کار,روش گسسته سازی کامل,نمودار دالان های پایداری}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_95981.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_95981_44205326bff00e68ee2b165f16a88c14.pdf} }
