One particularly agile creature, the gecko lizard, is remarkably adept at maneuvering across both flat and vertical surfaces. The study of the gecko’s adhesive system has informed the design of several synthetic adhesives in recent years. These low consuming energy adhesives had a successful performance in climbing robots and robotic grippers. The existing grippers mainly use tendon mechanism for transmitting force inside the gripper and electrical motors for actuating the gripper. This paper concentrates on design and fabrication of a new gripper which uses solenoid for actuation, and Scuttt-Russel mechanism instead of tendon mechanism for transmitting force. The new gripper is more robust and cheaper than existing grippers. To verify the applicability of proposed gripper, experiments were conducted on a variety of substrates that demonstrated the gripper’s successful operation. Experimental results demonstrated 4.6, 4.5 and 4 kPa average normal adhesion pressure on the surface of acrylic, steel and glass respectively. Also, maximum measured adhesion increased 20% in comparison with previous tendon gripper. The results illustrate that a Solenoid actuator with Scott-Russel mechanism has the potential to be used as a new actuator in gecko-inspired gripper.}, keywords = {Gecko-like adhesive,Solenoid,Robotic Gripper}, title_fa = {یک گریپر رباتیک با چسبندگی مارمولکی و سیستم تحریک سولونوئیدی}, abstract_fa = {پژوهشگرانی که به دنبال توسعه توانایی های رباتها بوده اند، همواره نگاهی به سیستم های زیستی داشته و از آنها الهام گرفته اند. مارمولک یکی از مخلوقات چابک است که بطور قابل توجهی قدرت مانور بر روی سطوح تخت و عمودی مانند دیوار دارد. مطالعه سیستم چسبندگی پا‌های مارمولک منجر به طراحی چسبنده های مصنوعی بنام چسبنده‌های خشک یا مارمولکی در سالهای اخیر شده است. این چسبنده‌ها با مصرف کم انرژی در ربات‌های دیوار نورد و گریپر‌های رباتیک عملکرد موفقی داشته اند. گریپر-های موجود عمدتا از مکانیزم تاندونی برای انتقال نیرو استفاده کرده و از سیستم‌های تحریکی مانند موتور‌های الکتریکی برای اعمال نیروی برشی استفاده می‌کنند. در این مقاله بر طراحی و ساخت یک نوع گریپر بر اساس چسبندگی مارمولکی تمرکز شده است که از سیستم تحریک سولونوئیدی برای اعمال نیروی برشی و مکانیزم اسکات- راسل بجای تاندون برای انتقال نیرو استفاده می‌کند. این گریپر نسبت به گریپر‌های قبلی ارزانتر بوده و از مکانیزم بادوام تری برای انتقال نیروی برشی استفاده می‌کند. جهت ارزیابی عملکرد این گریپر پیشنهادی، آزمایشاتی بر روی مواد مختلف انجام شد که نتایج آن نشان دهنده عملکرد موفق گریپر بوده اند. نتایج آزمایشات نشان دهنده 6/4، 1/4 و 5/4 کیلوپاسکال فشار میانگین چسبندگی بر روی سطح اکریلیک، شیشه و فولاد بوده اند. همچنین حداکثر فشار چسبندگی اندازه گیری شده 20 درصد نسبت به گریپر مشابه تاندونی قبلی افزایش داشته است. این نتایج نشان دادند که گریپر با سیستم تحریک سولونوئیدی و مکانیزم اسکات-راسل این پتانسیل را دارد که در گریپر‌های با چسبنده مارمولکی استفاده شود.}, keywords_fa = {چسبنده مارمولکی,سولونوئید,گریپر رباتیک}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_91091.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_91091_3539a7b87e366feca2610103d075a5e6.pdf} }
