The use of lead-free piezoelectric materials in the bone is developing due to its piezoelectric properties. The aim of this study was to investigate the piezoelectric effect of barium titanate. Barium titanate is a bioactive material that is suitable for use in bone tissue engineering. In barium ceramics, non-polar titanate, ferroelectric regions are randomly oriented, and thus the piezoelectric properties are minimal. Therefore, there is a need for polarization to increase piezoelectric properties. For this purpose, this study was carried out by polarization with different voltage and time on two groups of implantation and porous scaffolds. The implants were made with different dimensions, then polished with different voltages and different times, and finally, their piezoelectric properties were investigated by piezoelectric devices. Also, three-dimensional scaffolds with a porosity of 80% were made using foam molding method. The scaffolds were then polarized in the oil at a different voltage and time, and finally, their piezoelectric properties were investigated by piezoelectric force. And then a biological test was performed on them. Finally, it was concluded that both implants and porous scaffolds with polygonation can find the proper properties for use in bone tissue engineering. It was also concluded that the higher the diameter of the implants, the lower the height and the greater the piezoelectric coefficient. Cell test results also confirmed the effect of piezoelectric properties on bone growth.}, keywords = {Piezoelectric,Barium titanate,Implant,Bone scaffold}, title_fa = {بررسی تجربی خاصیت پیزوالکتریک باریم تیتانات در کاشتنی ها و داربست سه بعدی استخوانی}, abstract_fa = {مواد پیزوالکتریک موادی هستند که انرژی الکتریکی را به انرژی مکانیکی (صوت) تبدیل می‌کنند و برعکس با فشار مکانیکی بر آن‌ها، انرژی الکتریکی تولید می شود. در این تحقیق هدف بررسی خاصیت پیزوالکتریک باریم تیتانات بود.. باریم تیتانات ماده زیست فعالی است و برای استقاده در مهندسی بافت استخوان مناسب است. در سرامیک باریم تیتانات غیر قطبیده، مناطق فروالکتریک به صورت تصادفی جهت گیری کرده اند و در نتیجه خواص پیزوالکتریکی حداقل است. بنابراین نیاز به قطبی سازی برای افزایش خاصیت پیزوالکتریک وجود دارد. بدین منظور این بررسی با قطبیده کردن با ولتاژ و زمان های مختلف بر روی دو گروه کاشتنی ها و داربست های متخلخل انجام شد. کاشتنی ها با ابعاد مختلفی ساخته، سپس با ولتاژ و زمان های متفاوت در روغن قطبیده شده و در انتها خواص پیزوالکتریک آن ها توسط پیزوتست بررسی شد. همچنین داربست‌های سه بعدی با تخلخل80% به روش ریختگری فومی ساخته شد. سپس داربست ها درون روغن با ولتاژ و زمان متفاوت قطبیده شده و در انتها خواص پیزوالکتریک آن‌ها توسط پیزوتست بررسی شد. و سپس تست زیستی بر روی آن ها انجام شد. در انتها نتیجه گرفته شد که هم کاشتنی‌ها و هم داربست‌های متخلخل با قطبیده کردن می توانند خواص مناسبی برای استفاده در مهندسی بافت استخوان پیدا کنند. در ادامه نیز نتیجه گرفته شد که هر چه کاشتنی ها دارای ارتفاع کمتر و قطر بیشتری باشند ضریب پیزوالکتریک در آن ها بیشتر است. همچنین نتایج تست سلولی نیز موثر بودن خاصیت پیزوالکتریک بر رشد استخوان را تایید کرد.}, keywords_fa = {پیزوالکتریک,باریم تیتانات,کاشتنی,داربست استخوانی}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_58275.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_58275_06ecf812580784109e7e494f7e28320f.pdf} }
