In this paper, inspired by the structure of a silkworm cocoon, the cores of two types of lattice sandwich structures were redesigned. For this purpose, the straight struts in the body centered cubic structure and the kagome structure were replaced by curved struts. Due to the complexity of geometry and high dimensional accuracy, three-dimensional printing (digital light processing) was used to construct the designed lattice structures. In this method, the part is made directly from its surfaces' geometric data, which has been designed with the help of a computer, layer by layer, using optical curing resins. After the fabrication of the parts, a quasi-static pressure test was performed on the samples. The results showed that the modified structures are capable of larger deformation without failure, and their energy absorption is uniform. Although modified structures have a lower modulus of elasticity and energy absorption, larger elastic strain and gradual failure of these structures are important advantages that can be considered in various applications such as energy absorbers or nonstructural medical implants.}, keywords = {sandwich structure,3D print,silkworm cocoon,compression loading}, title_fa = {بررسی تجربی رفتار مکانیکی سازه‌های ساندویچی الهام گرفته شده از ساختار پیله کرم ابریشم و ساخته شده با استفاده از روش پرینت سه بعدی}, abstract_fa = {پیله کرم ابریشم یک ساختار سلسه مراتبی با عملکرد چندگانه است که طی میلیونها سال جهت ایجاد شرایط بهینه برای دگردیسی و حفظ جان حشره در مقابل شکارچیان تکامل یافته است. در این مقاله با الهام گیری از ساختار پیله کرم ابریشم، هسته دو نوع سازه ساندویچی مشبک باز طراحی شد. به این منظور میله‌های مستقیم موجود در ساختار مکعبی مرکزدار و ساختار کاگومی با میله‌های خمیده به شکل حلقه جایگزین شد. برای ساخت سازه‌های مشبک طراحی شده به دلیل پیچیدگی هندسه و دقت ابعادی بالا از روش چاپ سه بعدی پلیمریزاسیون نوری استفاده شد. در این روش قطعه مستقیما از دادههای هندسی سطوح آن که به کمک کامپیوتر طراحی شده است، به صورت لایه به لایه با استفاده از رزین‌های پخت نوری ساخته میشود. پس از ساخت قطعات، آزمون فشار شبه استاتیکی بر روی نمونه‌ها انجام گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که ساختارهای اصلاح شده قابلیت تغییر شکل بزرگتری بدون ایجاد شکست دارند و جذب انرژی در آنها به صورت یکنواخت صورت می‌گیرد. اگرچه ساختارهای اصلاح شده مدول الاستیک و جذب انرژی کمتری دارند اما کرنش الاستیک بزرگتر و روند تدریجی شکست در این سازه‌ها از مزایای مهم آنها به حساب می‌آید که در کاربردهای مختلف مانند جاذب‌های انرژی یا ایمپلنت‌های پزشکی که وظیفه تحمل بار ندارند، می‌تواند مورد توجه قرار بگیرد.}, keywords_fa = {سازه ساندویچی,پرینت سه بعدی,پیله کرم ابریشم,بار فشاری}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_133903.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_133903_5d5a336ebbfa43067be3c525452a12d3.pdf} }
