In this research, the ABS sheet with 2 mm thickness was selected and the mold was made from aluminum, then the experimental tests were performed by varying the initial sheet thickness (4 and 5 mm), Six temperature times ("315,"330 ,"345 و"360, "375, "390) and direction of feeding the sheet (vertical or horizontal for extruding). After 3D-measurement of vacuum components, the influence of the values and conditions of the parameters on the thickness and thermal shrinkage changes were studied. Increasing the heating time resulted in improved flow and steady distribution of sheet thickness, While the minimum changes of thickness (up to 2%) for the vacuum of the 4 mm sheet happened in heating time of 345", and for the vacuum of the 5mm sheet occurred in heating time of 390", and minimum thermal shrinkage (0.3%) was seen in heating time of 315" for 4 mm sheet by feeding vertical to the direction of extrudes. By changing the primary thickness of the sheets from 4mm to 5 mm, thickness variations reduced but the thermal shrinkage increased up to 0.9%. The vertical position of extruded materials chained structure with vacuum orientation caused the layers slippage resistance on each other and led to decreased thickness variations from 35% to zero and also reduced thermal shrinkage from 1.2 to 0.3 %.}, keywords = {thickness,Heating time,Extruded Direction,Thermal Shrinkage}, title_fa = {بررسی تجربی تاثیر ضخامت، زمان حرارت دهی و جهت اکسترود برانقباض حرارتی و تغییرات ضخامت ورق ABS در فرآیند وکیوم فرمینگ}, abstract_fa = {در فرآیند وکیوم فرمینگ تعیین شرایط بهینه و انتخاب مقادیر مناسب پارامترها سبب بهبود کیفیت ابعادی و ظاهری قطعات و کاهش ضایعات و دورریز قطعات، طی فرآیند تولید می‌شود. در این تحقیق ورق با ضخامت 2 میلی متر از جنس ABS انتخاب و قالب آن از جنس آلومینیوم ساخته شد، سپس آزمون های تجربی با دو ضخامت اولیه ورق (4 و 5 میلی متر)، شش زمان حرارت دهی("315,"330 ,"345 و"360, "375, "390) و جهت تغذیه ورق(عمودی یا افقی جهت اکسترود) انجام گردید. بعد از اندازه برداری سه بعدی قطعات وکیوم شده، تاثیر پارامتر‌های فوق بر روی تغییرات ضخامت و انقباض حرارتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. افزایش زمان حرارت دهی سبب بهبود جریان پذیری و توزیع یکنواخت ضخامت ورق گردیده و کمترین تغییرات ضخامت تا 2 درصد در زمان حرارت دهی "345 برای ورق 4 میلی متر و "390 برای ورق 5 میلی متر و کمترین انقباض حرارتی 0.3 درصد در زمان حرارت دهی "315 برای ورق 4 میلی متر در شرایط یکسان تغذیه ورق (عمود بر جهت اکسترودV) حاصل گردید. با تغییر ضخامت اولیه ورق از 4 به 5 میلی متر، تغییرات ضخامت روند کاهشی داشته اما انقباض حرارتی تا 0.9 درصد افزایش یافت. عمود بودن ساختار زنجیره ای مواد اکسترود شده با جهت وکیوم باعث مقاومت لغزش لایه ها بر روی یکدیگر و کاهش تغییرات ضخامت در حالت عمودیV از 35 درصد به صفر و انقباض حرارتی از 1.2 به 0.3 درصد شده است.}, keywords_fa = {ضخامت,زمان حرارت دهی,جهت اکسترود,انقباض حرارتی}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_118478.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_118478_1380f0d0591bc1ce848ec769fb2eaa4c.pdf} }
