One of the most important parts of shoes which absorb the incoming forces is the outsole. The aim of the present research is to investigate the efficiency of three different materials in fabricating outsoles. Outsoles made of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), polyurethane (PU), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) were fabricated with the same geometry and without shoe treads. Then, they were tested by the PEDAR system in order to determine the plantar pressure exerted by each outsole, and they were also tested in terms of fatigue, hardness, and uniaxial compression tests, and after the modeling they were analyzed by finite element method (FEM) software. In static and dynamic states, the outsole made of PVC, SBR, and PU reduces the pressure by 44%, 65%, and 59%, respectively on average compared to barefoot posture. SBR in stress (in static and dynamic states) and strain (in static and dynamic states) have 39.06% and 98.75% better performance on average respectively compared to PVC. In addition, SBR outperformed PU in stress (in static and dynamic states) and strain (in static and dynamic states) by 3.45% and 8.5% respectively. To fabricate outsoles, multilayer outsoles should be used in order to concurrently benefit from the positive characteristics of several materials.}, keywords = {Outsole,Plantar pressure,PEDAR system,FEM ANALYSIS}, title_fa = {بررسی عددی و تجربی عملکرد مواد لاستیک استایرن‌بوتادین، پلی‌اورتان و پلی‌وینیل-کلراید در ساخت زیره‌ی کفش}, abstract_fa = {کفش به ‌منظور محافظت از پای انسان در برابر نیروهای وارده از سوی زمین در فعالیت‌های روزانه مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. یکی از مهم‌ترین قسمت‌های کفش که نیروهای وارده را به خود جذب می‌کند، زیره‌ی آن است. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی کارایی سه جنس متفاوت در ساخت زیره‌ی کفش است. بدین منظور زیره‌هایی از جنس‌های لاستیک استایرن‌بوتادین، پلی‌اورتان و پلی‌وینیل‌کلراید با هندسه مشابه و فاقد آج ساخته شدند و توسط سیستم پدار آزمایش گردیدند تا فشاری که به کف پا توسط هر زیره منتقل می‌شود، تعیین گردد. علاوه‌‌‌بر این، هر 3 ماده توسط آزمون‌های خستگی، سختی‌سنجی و فشار تک‌محوره مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند و پس از مدل‌سازی، توسط نرم-افزار المان محدود مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج سیستم پدار نشان داد که در حالت استاتیکی و دینامیکی، زیره‌ کفش از جنس‌های PVC، SBR و PU به‌طور متوسط تقریباً فشار را به ترتیب 44%، 65%، و 59% نسبت به حالت پابرهنه کاهش می‌دهند. نتایج تحلیل المان محدود نیز نشان دادند که SBR در تنش (در حالت استاتیکی و دینامیکی) و کرنش (در حالت استاتیکی و دینامیکی) به‌طور متوسط به ترتیب 06/39% و 75/98% عملکرد بهتری نسبت به PVC دارد. نتایج تحلیل المان محدود نیز نشان دادند که SBR در تنش (حالت‌های استاتیکی و دینامیکی) و کرنش (حالت‌های استاتیکی و دینامیکی) به‌طور متوسط به ترتیب 45/3% و 5/8% عملکرد بهتری نسبت به PU دارد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان دادند که برای ساخت زیره کفش باید از زیره‌های چند لایه استفاده شود تا بتوان به‌طور هم‌زمان از خواص مثبت چندین مواد بهره برد.}, keywords_fa = {زیره کفش,فشار کف پا,سیستم پدار,تحلیل المان محدود}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_110961.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_110961_7aa732ebffa5cfb68d0247b015467302.pdf} }
