In this paper, the accumulative compound extrusion is proposed as a severe plastic deformation method to produce UFG pure copper. An initial copper billet is placed in the die. In the first half- cycle the billet is pressed against the fixed mandrel by an upper punch which results in radial and forward flow of material. In the second half-cycle the billet is regained it's initial shape by pressing down punch. The accumulated plastic strain in each cycle of ACE processing is computed by analytical method and the obtained results showed significant amount of imposed plastic strain. The microstructure evolution during ACE processing was significant grain refinement of 110-240 nm from the initial grain size of 39µm at the end of second cycle. The microhardness examinations showed the increase of ACE processed Hardness to 98HV from the initial value of 57 HV. Also, the results of tensile tests showed the increase of yield and ultimate tensile strength by the factor of 2.07 and 1.13, respectively at the end of ACE second cycle. The flow behavior of material was simulated using FEM in DEFORM 2D software and the model predictions were in good agreement with the analytical results. The electrical conductivity examinations of the ACE processed samples showed the UFG pure copper with high strength and good conductivity in contrast with the alloyed copper parts.}, keywords = {Accumulative compound extrusion,Severe plastic deformation,FEM,Pure Copper,ultra fine-grain}, title_fa = {مطالعه تجربی و عددی قطعات مس خالص فوق ریزدانه با استحکام بالا توسط فرآیند اکستروژن ترکیبی تجمعی}, abstract_fa = {امروزه قطعات با استحکام مکانیکی بالا و رسانایی الکتریکی خوب تولید شده با فرایندهای تغییر شکل پلاستیک شدید، جهت استفاده در صنایع الکترونیکی مورد توجه محققان مختلف قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق، روش اکستروژن ترکیبی تجمعی به عنوان روشی مناسب در تولید قطعات مسی فوق ریز دانه ارائه شده است. بدین منظور، مس خالص به عنوان ماده اولیه در داخل مجموعه قالب قرار گرفت. در نیم سیکل اول فرایند، بیلت اولیه توسط سنبه‌ای از بالا بر روی یک ماندرل ثابت فشرده شد و موجب ایجاد سیلان شعاعی و مستقیم ماده در درون قالب گردید. در ادامه در نیم سیکل دوم فرآیند توسط سنبه پایینی، بیلت اولیه شکل هندسی خود را بازیابی نمود. مقدار کرنش پلاستیک تجمعی در هر سیکل فرآیند با استفاده از روابط تحلیلی محاسبه گردید. مطالعات ریز‌ساختاری حاکی از تغییرات قابل توجه اندازه دانه می‌باشد، بطوریکه اندازه دانه از مقدار اولیه µm 39 به nm 110-240 در سیکل دوم کاهش یافت. نتایج حاصل از آزمون میکرو‌سختی، حاکی از افزایش سختی نمونه‌ها از HV 57 به HV 98 بوده و همچنین استحکام کششی تسلیم و حداکثر نمونه‌ها به ترتیب 2.07 و 1.13 برابر در انتهای سیکل دوم افزایش یافته است. رفتار سیلان پلاستیک ماده در حین فرآیند اکستروژن ترکیبی با روش اجزای محدود و نرم افزار DEFORM-2D شبیه‌سازی گردید و نتایج حاصله مطابقت خوبی با نتایج تحلیلی داشت. با بررسی قابلیت هدایت الکتریکی نمونه‌های مسی اولیه و اکسترود شده مس خالص فوق ریز‌دانه با استحکام بالا و هدایت الکتریکی مناسب، در مقایسه با مس آلیاژی حاصل گردید.}, keywords_fa = {اکستروژن ترکیبی تجمعی,تغییرشکل پلاستیک شدید,شبیه‌سازی اجزای محدود,مس خالص تجارتی,مواد فوق ریزدانه}, url = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_108411.html}, eprint = {https://www.iranjme.ir/article_108411_0fc8e708bc7b9cf0d282a4b35a13e262.pdf} }
